Home for the Holidays: Pickleball League

Staying in Los Angeles this holiday season? Perfect, so are we. That’s why we’re running a 4-week beginners pickleball league just for the LA folks who are staying in town. You’ll play some games, meet other people who stayed in town, and maybe even win a medal before New Year’s.

This league is strictly beginners and intermediates, so if you’re one of those super-competitive, dive-across-the-court types, this probably isn't the best fit.

Register solo, bring a couple friends, or rally a full team of six. Only four teams total in this mini-league, so spots are limited (aka: don’t wait).

SEASON DETAILS:

• Location: Wolf & Bear Pickleball | Van Nuys, CA
• League Duration: November 24 - December 22
• Match Days: Mondays
• Match Times: 7:00 PM
• Match Format: Each match consists of 3 games, with each game played up to 11 points or within a 20-minute time limit, whichever comes first. Once either the point limit is reached or the time is up, a new match begins. This rotation ensures that every player on the team has their chance to shine and contribute to the team's success.
• Games are self-refereed
• Games will be played as doubles, rotating players each game to ensure everyone plays.No gender requirements.
• Games are played inside on dedicated Pickleball Courts
• Players must bring their own paddles.

Teams will be 4-6 players each. You may play on teams with people of different skill levels to even out the team skill distribution.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• 3 Regular Season Games
• 1 Playoff Game for all participating teams
• 1 Championship Game for Playoff Game Winners
