Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission-only role where you will leverage your sales expertise to identify, engage, and close sponsorship deals for our diverse array of events. You will work closely with our event and marketing teams to understand and communicate the value TNFT offers to potential sponsors. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of TNFT’s reach and the enhancement of our event experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors that align with TNFT’s brand and event offerings.

·      Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to pitch sponsorship packages effectively.

·      Customization and Pitching: Tailor sponsorship packages to fit the unique goals and objectives of potential partners.

·      Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure contracts are executed smoothly.

·      Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

·      MarketResearch: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities.

·      Collaboration: Work alongside the TNFT marketing and event teams to ensure sponsorship activations are seamlessly integrated into events.

·      Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, pipeline, and completed sales to the leadership team.

Requirements:

·     Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role, preferably in sponsorships or B2B sales.

·     Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present compelling pitches.

·     Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate conversations to close deals effectively.

·     Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve and exceed targets without close supervision.

·     Passion for Events and Networking: Enthusiasm for the event industry and the ability to convey that excitement to potential sponsors.

·     Established Network: Existing relationships within industries like lifestyle, consumer products, fashion, entertainment,and alco-bev are a plus.

·     Adaptability: Ability to adjust pitches and strategies based on feedback and changing sponsor needs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·     Experience inthe events, entertainment, or marketing industries.

·     Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and brand partnerships.

·     Familiarity with LA’s social and event scene.
